In rural America, just a few generations ago, those who could make music were held in high regard in the community. They were often called upon to liven the evenings on the front porch or by the fireplace. We're are looking forward to having Upriver Music liven up our own hearth at Pine Tree Barn during our annual Valentine's Day Dinner. Dan Moorefield and Teresa Morrison will serenade us with Celtic, Bluegrass, Folk & Appalachian Mountain Music - music that is so good that it has been passed through the generations for centuries.
The Granary serves up a fine dinner for Saturday night. Prime Rib, Pastas and Chocolate Lava Cake are just a few of the temptations; download a printable menu. Also, that's the first evening of our Winter Warm Up Sale...a great oppurtunity to find items to cozy up your own little love nest. View our latest issue of the Pine Tree Barn Seedlings for details, or catch a slide show of some of the items we'll have on sale. Did I mention the Chocolate Lava Cake?
Here's to Amore!
